Surgery + Aftercare
Ideal for organisations with 10+ employees, this package injects a strategic communications mindset across core strategic operations, diagnoses issues, and delivers recommendations and implementation plans for optimisation.
Includes:
- Two days of research and pre-meets
- Surgery workshop delivered as either one intensive day or three shorter sessions (Discovery, Development, and Implementation)
- Diagnostics deck delivered after the Surgery, which features:
